Thread: Can't use the term 'slave' cylinder any more.....

20 or so years ago I was working for American Express in Sydney when we received a directive from head office that we were to use ombudsperson and not ombudsman. It took sometime to convince them that it is a Swedish noun and therefore the mamby pamby rules could not apply. They ultimately reverted to ombudsman. Idiots!
