I thought 'ë' was pronounced 'oy' (as in Aussie, Aussie, Aussie) in Dutch?
So 'Moyet, with a hard 'T'. (as in Alison Moyet)

The "expert" says ë is pronounced err, but obviously it changes with language Zoë is pronounced zoey, as opposed to rhyming with Joe. [bighmmm]
