Thread: Operation Roverland 1954-1955 WEA647

I did post last year but I dont seem to be able to reply as I have not posted enough.
So
Back in 1954 through to 1955 three Tasmanian's (one English but married to a Tasmanian) Left to drive to the UK. Mr & Mrs Teesdale (my Aunite and Uncle) and a Mr Hugh Hill-Venning.

I am posting her "Diary/Letters home" as I have not managed to get help to make it in to a book on social media so they are out there for all to read. Search Operation Roverland 1954-1955

I am also trying to find out if the Vehicle is still alive and kicking, remote chance it was taken back to Australia or made it to or may be Iran. This would have been 1956 so a long time ago.
