I have no idea why, but for the first time in Origin history, I am having trouble getting psyched about it.

As usual, I’m not psyched up at all.

I did wonder today why a local clothing shop had a large no. of blue jerseys on sale (and a few maroon ones).

Back on point, we have been outclassed tonight.

Who cares? There'll be more interest in Melbourne vs St Kilda, ain't that ain't much.

At least the Maroons won tonight's Women's State of Origin Game (SOG) to salvage a semblance of pride, but we still lost the Series, so Queenslanders will have to swap their maroon attire for black, until the next men's game in Perth in three weeks time.
