Interesting things that Rover 3.5 litre V8s find their way into

    Hello All,

As per the subject line, at the 5:48 minute mark of Brian from the Oak Swamp You Tube channel has a friend Chris pop around with a very interesting vehicle. Accessed 13th July 2025 from,
    .

Now to do some further research on the stated components that complement the engine ... Oh a great colour and the right amount of chrome too on the whole vehicle! Very nice!

    Kind regards
    Lionel

****, that Model T is off the charts cool!

The Rover V8 to the UK must have been like the SBC to the rest of the world at the time.

This guy does really cool builds. Check this build called "The hook"!

    Series Chassis
    46 Chev cab
    Rover V8
    Defender axles
Big old school tow hook on the rear!

    Cheers

Add to that that in my opinion the UK used to be one of the more easy countries to do custom builds and get them on the road legally (as opposed to many many other european countries) and you indeed see an ubiquitous engine in just about anything

    Nicely done.
