IIRC, it was a joint effort.

I bet Mario would be tickled pink the boats getting Salty again I will keep a eye out for its new crew as I bet they will be at my ramp soon

Thinking and remembering people we Love Heather is fantastic. If we didn't miss our mates, Husbands, Wife's, Friends family who have passed we would be sad sacks or narcissistic.

Happily, we hurt as we miss people we love Heather. Mario was a lucky person clearly having your love.

Well the guys are really keen on Mario's boat, just got an email from Vic roads say that the boat and trailer is out of my name and date of sale was 11/1/2026 transfer 13/1 2026.
I had never done this doing the paper work for sell stuff like this. So the forms I printed out where right and all the information was right.
I made 2 copies of each so I have a set and also made and printed up a receipt as Mario would do it with sellers name buyers name and what they were getting he has always done this, I learnt this from him
Now the other 3 guys will have to book in to get there boat licence. The1 guy that came with Dylan was going to get on the phone Monday to book this appointment.
All the disappointment with the others not buy and stuff me around doesn't matter any more,I am glad it is going to these guys first boat. I think Mario would be happy to see it go to them

It's new home is down Geelong . I had 2 guys come up this morning, and they where impressed with the boat and the engine.
It's now owned by 4 mates that love fishing and was getting sick of land base fishing. .They had looked at one the other day and it had soft spots all over the boat and they want top dollar for it.
So they want to hear the motor, and there wasn't any fuel in it has I had a full service done on it and all the old fuel was taken out. So I had a jeer can in the garage so they went and got fuel.
I had purchase a new battery for it about 6 months ago and it was in the garage never connected to the boat so it was full.
2 turns of the key and she came in to life and sound great to hear that motor again, as it bring so many memories back to me. They talked by phone to the other 2 guys about it. I went inside and came out and the guy had 4 envelopes with cash form the 4 guys. One has just got his boat licence and the other guy said he is going to book his next week I just hope it brings them as much enjoyment as it did for Mario

Good day and bad days reflection. Deployment to burn or back burn Monday to Wednesday is now starting maybe on Wednesday to Friday at Tomahawk 1 2 and 3 perhaps. Wind is fickle and Mario and I know when we could and when NO Sodding way to fish or do my high paying role

It's funny yet sad at time thinking of people we met Heather. Re doing my HR truck license with an Army type how was shot in Iraq and stabbed and glassed the shoot again doing a security role. I may have mentioned Not Getting shot a 3rd time seemed sensible

Running, swimming and poo picker up role for the mutt is interrupted with oddities such as a fire alarm at just around the corner. Kitted up and jumped the fence from Steve's place. Beside Steves place and Steve was the other side

I have yet to tell Steve who lives just across from me about this

Last week at the fire line Bill was the boss, Bill was also a fireman as was another Bill. I think we all named ourselves Bill that day. Echidnas, Wallabies, Roos, Snakes and spiders at the edge of the burn all got watch out bill from me.

Tomorrow is another adventure to enjoy and treasure. Sharing a memory with yours. Life is far bigger than myself, I think.
