    Peter Brock, Racing Ledgend

    Just heard the news, Peter Brock has been Killed in a racing accident today in Western Australia. Not sure on the details but it has just been confirmed.

    Jeez, I could do with some GOOD NEWS!
    A legend and a Gentleman.
    Not possible to say enough about his acheivements and the way he conducted himself.
    There will be some Holden banners at half mast this Bathurst and probably Ford ones as well.
    The public may yet get their State Funeral.
    R.I.P Brocky. Motorsport won't be the same without you.

    This has been a terrible week. I am a Ford fan and have always been but Peter perfect was a great driver.
    You have got to hope the things in Three's stops here for once. 2 great Australians is more than enough.

    After Sydney radio station 2GB requested that drivers (including me) turn on their headlights as a sign of respect, nearly every car on the Hume Hwy home (68km trip) had their lights on within 5 minutes. He was very well loved and respected indeed.
