    was at the Brisbane Beer Expo a couple of years back(fancy that---) and the XXXX Chief Chemist explained thats how the beer is poured,,
    and then did it in one go without spilling a drop

    and while a stubbie SHOULD fit in a schooner glass,, try doing it without tipping the glass , in one go and at a good clip,,,

    and yes,, it tastes better!!
