(Oh yes, you're damn lucky Numpty!)
I thought that bit would be obvious once they had another computer and connection to log on with.

Actually, I don't know if you need another logon.

For example, I logged on last night from the computer at work (this is one of the few fora that isn't blocked by SurfControl - I suspect that's because it doesn't have "forum" in the URL).

Later in the evening, I logged on via a dial-up connection from my laptop without disconnecting the work logon. I wanted to look at some pics on this site that were blocked by SurfControl - not naughty ones, just ones that were hosted by Photobucket or ImageShack or similar.

I used the same user name but, obviously, my IP address would have been different.

In Numpty's case, if he used a router and two computers, this site wouldn't be able to differentiate between the posts, they'd have the same external IP address albeit different ones within the home network.

For us, it would easier to differentiate if they had different user names.

Hey, numptys missus, can you send some of that 'land rover numpty missus' dust over here? My copilot has no great desire for 4wd (but she loves being on the back of a large 2 wheeler). LOL

Spose your right numpty, we all drive LAnd ROvers.

No one ever gets dirty driving a BMW X5 around Double Bay....my one got real dirty on Tuesday and I was just out doing a job, damn near bogged it, but lowrange and a CDL is good thing, amazing what Land Rovers can do....

Whats more dangerous than a missus who does not share your interest in Land Rovers and AULRO?
    One that does!!

Its great to have Mrs Numpty on the forum and rather entertaining.
Numpty, get another puter and a router and get Mrs Numpty her own log on for AULRO. You must be quite a pair.

Some of that dust might be worth a bit of money if you could bag it.
