Amazing! Almost the same number as the US Congress!

It's an urban myth. It's been doing the rounds for years.

yeah, had tha one emailed to me about 4 times so far.
    have you seen this though;-
    Safety

Road accident statistics on a model-by-model basis from the UK Department of Transport show that the Land Rover Defender and Land Rover Discovery are the safest cars on the UK roads (measured in terms of chance of death in an accident) - between three times safer than the safest Volvo models, twice as safe (half the death-rate per accident) compared with the Jeep Cherokee and Toyota Land Cruiser and only matched by the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Jaguar XJ.

Yeah, I had another one last night which was copied to lots of us in the LROC.

I asked why the bloke hadn't checked it out before sending it on - it was one of these bleeding heart sentimentalist pieces of crap supposedly from a child dying of cancer - the sort of stuff that I hate receiving.

Sorry stevo68 you've been myhtbusted. The clue was 84 busted for dui in the past year? They don't drive, that's what comcars are for. Don't do much else either.

But keep up the good work. Cheers, GQ

Well spotted Ron, I didn't 'check' that......and I may be wrong but I don't think there are 535 members in the Australian parliament. 200 or so in the lower and 36 in the upper? Do the territories have senators? I digress....
