    Moving to the Dark Side

Well, I'm thinking of selling the P38A and buying a fully kitted out 100 Series Land Cruiser diesel.

    This one: http://forums.overlander.com.au/viewtopic.php't=42345&sid=bbd7cd8cd279404b28cf0668 d2db31bc

I'll now don my fireproof suit.

    Ron

Don't go to OL forum (or any other FPC forum, e.g. Two Wheels) at the moment. They have been hacked and may download a trojan onto your PC if you aren't runinng anti-virus software.

Just read the thread - seems you've needed the fireproof suit for mentioning a Range Rover on that forum.

Seems well kitted at a good price.

I'll probably go around Oz by myself and maybe meet my wife at predetermined places. She'd fly there, I'd drive and camp. She doesn't 4WD nor camp. She hates going off-road. She'll get out and walk rather than go off-road in the 4WD.

I may retire in 18 months time when I hit 60 and the new tax rules are in for superannuation.

But I may not. The govt. pays me good money to do very little so I may just take some long service leave.

    OK!

Besides, I'd have to change my logon name and give up the mod positions on lots of different fora!

Buy it, its a shame LR don`t make something like that, the defender is the dogs danglies except if you want to carry rear passnegers, the the disco/RR is great for passengers, but no luggage, where as the 80/100 series fits the bill in both department.

to be quite honest.....i prefer that to the p38a......

and i prefer the 80 over the 100......
grab it while you can....you wont get another chance at it if you dont......
the accessories alone more than make up the cost of that......

and we wont think any less of you........

    honest...!!
