A funny thing happened last night well i enjoyed it a mate was having some work done on his Gu at a work shop that does 4wd work and fabricating

i happened to go there and check on his car for him i have been to this place befor i have taken the defender in the past and never copped any flak

well last night i turned up in the wifes ford i was wearing my landrover jacket
as soon as i walked in the door well all these rice owners started on the one landrover owner ME

now dont get me wrong here ive been there befor and i might have made some snide remarks about the other makes of 4x4 that were in the shop

and these guys are a good bunch of people the owner of the shop is in the lrocv and has a couple of landies but his comp truck is a GQ

so anyway after the attack on me i just happend to point to my mates car on the hoist , and i said have a look at these tuff as nails nissan,s
there is my mates car a GU with a broken rear diff funny hey i say this guy only goes 4wdriving with me he follows my defender and in the last 2 trips he has been towed out twice had three attempts at the same hill my defender drove up the first time

and all these trips that i have done my car keeps on going no running repairs or major breaks

and in the last three weeks his car has been in the shop 3 times the first time for new cv,s and wheel bearings

the 2nd time for new hubs as those auto locking things broke

and now for a broken rear diff

guess what it all went silent then

as i was there for a hour the owners wife turned up to get some money from hubby he promptly opened his wallet , well the comments from the peanut gallery was hey you got more money than all of us mate

well anyone that knows me knows that i am not one to miss out at a free shot i just piped up and said its all you rice owners that keep him rich with all your tuff trucks that dont break

with that i decided to leave as there was about 7 rice owners and i know im good but not that good !

i luv sweet revenge with all these one eyed rice owners
