if you do glue them on......make sure they can be removed....as ron said.....
they need to be removed if you ever need to have your wheels balanced......
and...if they are glued on....they will break off.........
The same ones are fitted to my freelander and they go walkies too - over the past month there have been a few on e-bay aust starting at $5 but quickly rising to sell at about $30 - If I ad known they were $50 I would have got one . $50 for a piece of silver plastic is a bit rich.

Thanks for the tips.
I'll trawl through ebay over the next few weeks and see if anything comes up. If I can get a set I'll probably keep them all as spares, although I'll probably do the same as P38arover and anchor them in with some silicone.
I watched Ebay UK for a while this week and saw 1 set go for about 12pounds and another for about 25 pounds, both plus 4 pounds postage.
I did some more local searching and came up with Triumph Rover Spares in Adelaide who sell second hand (not scratched) for $15 each so bought some and fitted with a small dob of silicone sealant this morning.
Hopefully problem solved![]()

They're called centre caps.
They seem to fall off from what I've experienced when you don't air down unless they've been glued on.
This said, despite the cost of them its not all bad news. I noticed last Xmas that LR have finally redesigned them to make them a little more resistant to falling off
