The way I see it he'll get expelled for the act of defication on a teacher's car, Ace will get his car professionally detailed by the kids parents, and you get out of the bet with a neanderthol who's grandad's dad mate once had a land rover which blew a fuse once, so their all unreliable.
I don't think Ace read this post before he responded before

    3. drawbar pull
    4. offroadability on sand, rocks, mud, hill climbs/descents
    5. ease of maintencance
    6. Stowability
    7. Field of view
    8. Ease of cleaning
    9. resale value
    10. Expected Life of type (theres how many 1950's landcruisers onroad)
    11. abuse tolerance.

The Land Rover is the first car that was seen by most of the undeveloped world. Even in Australia the likes of Len Bedell and his Land Rover were the first car into some of the remote desert communities.

Now days those same remote communities drive Land Cruisers, Patrols and Pajeros because that is what they can easily buy.

Doesn't the landy have a lower ratio, low range than the cruiser?

Oh yer as I have said before, Old Landys mature into a classic.
    Old toyo's just get old.
