Yup, wrote a heap of biz, five stories and gave the house financiers some serious curry, learnt a bucket load about the intricacies of 'finance'.

But, that happens 'round here, five screens on the bench, five keyboards at the fingers and and an extra new (old) Barco screen to keep an eye on the Ashes (Come on Aussie Come On, Come on...!)

Interesting how things time out, tho'.... one of the G4 Macs, which is offline and does nothing but rendering had an 'issue'....lost in virtual space?!?!?!?

Took 2 hours to sort that one, grrrr...........poor little diddums.

    Had a big day
Got pinged by the heavies on my second load of water to the job, went down bigtime, well the shire will.Tank setup overlength,a genuine stuff up,hands up those that belive you can go 1.2m overlenth??? Yep you can up to 4.5t,after that its 60% of the wheelbase!!! Was given a permit to dump the load and return to base. Was told to go elsewhere to get water so they wouldnt see me.NO THANKS $700 personal fine if the compliance order is breached, plus the implications of having a prang.Told them fixit or park it.
Took all the rest of the day to get it legal, lots of serious mods.
At least tomorrow Im back in the aircon wilst the other truckie modifies his truck to be the same, they gave a days blind eye to fix the other truck they spotted whilst they had me bailed up,just so we could keep the crew going all day.

It's unreal an employer would say that !
It would be different if they were driving I bet.

What did I do today ?
I have a council job, so what do you think

Tonight I tidied the garage and removed a wheel to try and match up a wheel nut tomorrow.
I snapped one putting the wheels back on, (stand back Arnie) and lost a couple of washers, (alloy rims).

All in all a nice easy day, looking forward to tomorrow

    my days effort...

9 hours for a steering alignment, why? cause If I finished it any faster Id have had to go beat tracks on m113a1's

It was the single most detailed steering alignment youve ever heard of... all the way to balancing the wheels twice cause the first balancing was done without valvecaps on...

And to think, you guys paid for that
