2 more sleeps to go until the Xmas party weekend in Orange, those of you wanting to go and have not added their names to the list please do so, either here or in the upcoming events forum. I need to know how many people are coming so please let me know. Matt

I am not sure if I will be coming or not now.

There is a large bushfire about 5 k's from me at the moment. It has been burning for 3 days now and seems to break containment lines every night

I am umming and ahhing at the moment, because even if I stay home there is not going to be anything I can do if it comes my way

I had allready organised to take today off so I could do some work on the Disco before the weekend, so I will see how the fire goes today.

As you say if you are there there is little you would be able to do, maybe not being there is safer, but for your sake i hope the fire takes a left turn away from your place. Matt

Maybe you couldn't do much, but you could grab all your momento's & bolt.

All the other things are replacable with insurance. Your better off away from it unless you help fight the fires.

My thoughts exactly, its not worth risking your safety when there is little you can do anyway.

Not much, last week a couple of inches but nothing before that or since.

Our yearly average is 945mm to date about 345mm for the year.

Its grey & windy at the moment, could rain, but I wouldn't hold your breath. It's been very hot today but cooling down its 27c at the moment probably 24c outside.
