had to have the head gasket done this year, now the sump is filling up with diesel. It may just be something simple like an injector seal but knowing my luck it'll be a cracked head. I've had it from new, had it serviced religiously and not thrashed it, what else can you do?

Even my old V8 County did 300,000km before it needed a new motor and the only servicing it ever got was an oil change a couple of times a year.

Rang the dealer today and the 130 has had a replacement motor of 90,000 with all bits that normaly give problems fixed or replaced.
Now as to a cracked a frame maybe I should plate it and mig (if I can).
Anyway had a good talk to them and I know them as I have dealt with them in the past for Ser2a parts.
As he said they are in the business in making money but having happy customers as well.
Heh I'm used to Land Rovers by now so I know that there will be a few little niggles along the way.
Deal will go through early next week.

I have had everything from a 2A to a P38A Vogue, all brilliant vehicles, and still can't decide if my 300tdi 130 or my TD5 130 is the best of the lot!
