If you have an auto box and do a lot of sand/rock driving you may have temp. problems with the auto overheating, I did, I moved the winch control box up into the engine bay to give better airflow to the coolers, Regards Frank.

My question ( might be a bit silly ) because the lights are so big does anyone think they would restrict air flow into the cooling system and cause over heating problems. Also anyone go these lights what are they like.

If you can afford it go the XGT HID instead of the blitz. Ive had both and XTG are far better.. difference is like chalk and cheese.

We ended up getting the 170 striker's with crystal blue wide/spread filters.

These filters give an even, uniform flood of light that lets you see round bends and well off the side of roads even with them pointed straight ahead.

Didn't like the standard spot clears as they tend to narrow your focus giving you a sort of tunnel vision due to the need for your eyes to adjust to the different illumination levels when looking to the side of the road from the centre.

I run 170s, they are good enough for me, the 130 doesn't g fast enough to need to see more than a Kilometer ahead.

Exactly as where we drive at night we mostly aren't driving that fast.
