    Keep an eye out for the kids add for Matchbox Mummys Gold.
    It has a softop Defender Matchbox car.
    I can see all you dads getting one for your boy(or girl).
    Lindsay is over that sort of toy.

    You mean for me! I still have the matchbox car collection my gran started when I was little. They are all sealed in their boxes even!

    I'll have to look out for that one, then it can be added to the other 60 odd LR models I already have.
    So come on, own up, who else collects them and have you any interesting ones. I'm always on the lookout for new ones.

    I have a small collection,3 or 4 Series Landies and a Defender softop(same as the one in the matchbox add).Saw a set of 5 Matchbox cars in Coles the other day,they were all rescue vehicles,1 was the Defender softtop and a Disco2.Would have bought the set but the Defender and Disco both had lame yankee paintjobs.
