    Spares for Series

Are the spares readily available for Series here in Aus ? It was a thought that as I am shipping a container over next year with my Lightweight in, I could fill it with spares from UK. I have a Cousin in shipping that would be able to to let me know if there are weight restrictions etc, but by volume I am sure there will be a lot of extra room. I have already have 2 engines, gearbox's, axles that are of no use to me and are seemingly worthless in UK, especially 2 1/4 engine's and 4 speed box's etc, Anyway as I said just a thought, if I can help anyone I will, most things appear to be available over there. BTW there is a S1 around the corner from me, to my knowledge it has never moved for about 5-6 years, I may be able to contact owner if he wants to move it on if any one out there needs a donor vehicle for spare etc, looks a but sad, but I will take photo and see if I can post it on here or e mail to anyone that may be interested in it, Also, thanks for info on Lightweights those who sent me a reply, and if any Gold Coast Club members reading , I am going to the meet at Helensvale on Thursday, easy to recognize, White Hair, Pommie accent and Land Rover T shirt on !! Cheers Steve aka ozboz,

most parts are easily available but I for one would Love a 2a firewall..

Im sure if you posted a "what would you like from pommie land" thread wed have your container filled in less time than it takes to say "what would you like from pommie land?"
