Ok i am after price and details about this for a mate who has a problem with a 300 TDi. So Come on name and shame

I don't think it is really their fault, just frustrating for me.

I would have appreciated being told at the time that they didn't have it in stock, and of course it was hard to get hold of them over the Xmas break, but otherwise their customer service was pretty good.

So where do you go from here? Do you think you'll proceed at the higher price, or seek alternatives?

I just want my vehicle back so I will go with the local price which will be around $4.5k plus labour plus gaskets etc.

I hope that's the end of it for you then, Frenchie! After spending that sort of cash, hopefully you'll get several years of trouble free motoring!

Saying that 175pounds for a TD5 head sounds about right
