    bit wet in Esperance

    Just seen footage on the news from Esperance.WET
    I bet Jamo's been cruising around town in the D3 splashing in the puddles

    I did a bit of that earlier.. Right now it's just a bit too hairy! And the **** SES have closed off the best puddles!

    Does not look like I will be getting home tonight. Just been informed that the South Coast Hwy has been closed west of Munglinup and near Pink Lake in Esperance.
    Bugger stuck on site.
    Anyone got a boat.

    RNO should have bought Land Rovers instead of coaster buses!

    I went out to tea last night and had some fun in the puddles , except the tress kept dropping branches on the roof .

    Strongest gust was only 60kt. Now it's still raining and the winds around 30Kt.

    With a bit of luck the water levels will drop by this arvo. We have a few 4x4s to get back to Esperance if so. Its the poor buggers on the bus if that does not front. At this stage the plane will not be coming in or out today so about 200 plus unhappy camper who may not get back to Perth today.
    Super Jamo and the amazing Wonder dog D3 could always come and save us.

    But at the mo the power's gone off again and I can't make a brew so I'm feeling a bit low .

    Then again, if the coaster/tojo gets stuck between here and Mungy, call me on my mobile 0414 969 396 and I will put some undies on over my pants and come out and recover you anyway.

    Looking like we are stuck out here for at least 3 days. Oldfield bridge is out apparently. Any ideas of ways around?? And waht is worse phones are down but net/email OK.
