Thanks guys. Its weird cause we cant be certain that it was Gizmo, the one Astro normally faught with, who actually did it, Astro was pretty messed up, there was quite alot of blood and Gizmo (who happens to be mostly white) didnt have a drop of blood on him. The only dog who had blood on them was Cassie, the most placid easy going dog we have. She had a little bit of blood near her mouth but thats it, and we suspect its because she has tried to help him as they were pretty good with each other. The only thing i can think is that the fight started and cassie tried to break it up and in advertantly bit astro in a vulnerable place, cassie weighs in at 25kg and Astro would be lucky to have been two so it wouldnt take much for her to crunch him.

Its pretty bloody sad, cause even though we know we have 3 to many dogs (we only have 5 cause stacey brought 2 with her to add to my 2 and then her ex was going to dispose of the other one they had so we took her (cleo the blue heeler cross)) but we wouldnt get rid of any of them for quids.

On the other side of the coin marcos' birthday was good he had a ball at the play centre, we couldnt get him to leave, he got a battery operated quad bike to hoon around the house on. A petrol one will be next year if we can afford it. Matt

It's not easy to lose a dog, Especially that way ^ or at the (Hands?) of another dog,

I know both of these first hand

, and Astro was a sweet little dog, RIP Astro

But on the other hand I might have a little 50cc quad, cheap if ya interested Ace, I'll try to find some pics.

What do you mean? That we have a savage dog? He isnt a problem around people, just with other boy dogs, we have two females and he doesnt bother them at all. We have just had both of them de-sexed, lets hope they calm down without all those hormones. Matt

Sorry to hear about your misfortune Ace, as previously said, take the good memories and celebrate the life he had. There will be others within your lifepath that you will also get very close to.
