The driving is standard mil spec. Try a day or so with the Ambo's, or the Firies, it is the same emergency driving practice. What ever gets you through is fair. The occasional bump into the back of a car with no brake lights? Can't be helped. What did impress me, was the illiteracy, and the plain hatefullness of the rants that went with the posted video. Just plain Hillbilly redneck garbage.
War is a touchy subject, apparently. Especially to those who don't have to fight in it. The old saying? Nobody hates war more than the sailor, soldier, airman, who has to go fight in one. (Would I be correct Dave, Greg, and all my other brothers and sisters of the cloth?) Yes the military can be amusing, but not in this situation.
Sorry, I guess I am a little touchy.
Shorty.
I think my wife has already seen it![]()
And people wonder why the Americans are hated!![]()
I would rather nudge a hatchback off the street than get shot or blown to pieces. Thats just me though.

I don't hate Americans.
I've just had too much to do with them, to think very highly of the average gungho redneck.
Think about it, George W, is one of the educated ones.
University, military (reserve), fighter pilot for god's sake. And I cringe, every time he mispronounces, (got to get this right ) noocoolar weapons.
He is almost lysdexic.(deliberate misspelling) It is NUCLEAR, George W. At least it was when I did my specialist training in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical defence and decontamination. Navy firefighter. Nasty work, but somebody has to do it.
Damn, now I'm out of smokes and my last beer seems to have evaporated.
See you.
Shorty.
Adam and Craig, going on the way vehicles, coming in the opposite direction, bolt out of the way, did it ever occur to you that just maybe, they want to get out the way to let this vehicle get passed as quick as possible so that if someone wants to blow it up, it won’t be near them.
It’s a war zone and as these solders are not exactly at ClubMed, I don’t blame them for doing anything they can to protect themselves.
BTW, I don’t get any sound track when I played that clip, but going on what was said on the other site, their not yanks talking.
Cheers
If I was in the Hummer in Iraq, I'd do the same thing.
I wouldn't trust anyone - they may be trying to slow you down for a suicide car bomber.
