If you turn it up loud you can hear the talking. As well as them continually beeping the horn at the people to warn them to move. They only nudged the deaf/ignorant ones.

G'day All, Yeah I agree nudge them cars out of the way, with all the IED's that they come up with you can't blame them, but I'm surprised no-one saw the 109 Land Rover in the clip??, well if you did no-one mentioned it, can be seen at the 1.58 mark mustard colour rag top with unusual rear wheel arches cut anyway cheers Dennis

Now if a bunch of invaders took over my country and thought that they had the given right to drive like that down my streets, i would be bombing the ****ers as well. The US forces will never gain respect if they carry on like that and unfortunately we and the other nations forces get tarred with the same brush,

We use to drive in a similer way in Cambodia 92/93, white painted army FFRs flat out with the horn button taped down. Never drive of the road/track, never stop after hitting things/people and never stop at impromtue police/army/bandit road blocks. I sat on my flack jacket for the first 6 month and pi--ed in bottles , until I learnt anough khmer to ask the locals where thr mines were.

It’s a war zone and as these solders are not exactly at ClubMed, I don’t blame them for doing anything they can to protect themselves.

BTW, I don’t get any sound track when I played that clip, but going on what was said on the other site, their not yanks talking.

    Cheers
I have seen being past tense in the Security Industry of how they are trained in Iraq in driving before these teams go out from videos from a Sydney Security company that I know the boss of that sends Security staff over there and last year I was considering it until the family found out.
Yes on OCCASHION they will ram a car, and yes they do not follow the road rules over there but they are kidding themselves if they think that they can ram every car they come across in front of them when not under fire. That is Crap.
I have seen footage of 4x4 suv's driven by security professionals and they get around the traffic without smashing up cars and some of the footage they have been under fire.
If you wanted to blow them up you would get in front of them when they hit you up the rear end slam the ankers on and push the button.
If the rest of the convoy are so stupid to be following up the **** of everyone else they are rooted and will be jammed in convoy for ambush.
As said if Americans are constantly did that where I lived I would take pot shots at them too. I mean what else are they doing to the people over there that is not proper law enforcement in the contest that they should be operating to get a country back on its feet. They should not have been there in the first place?.
They are not exactly at war with Iraq now and should be taking a policing approach trying to get law back in order not the ones running around flouting it when not under fire.
The extra time they save smashing cars as you see dose nothing as they have to run every car every 3 min.
That video is a disgrace to them like others, as you would expect from the American machine these days.
I have done 4 years in the Australian Army and they would not take that approach unless under direct fire.

Sorry forgot to add I have had before Regular Army for 4 years I had 2 years Army reserve training as an Field Engineer.

Yeah great, so that meakes it ok then ? The cars and 1 bus that they rammed had mere seconds from horn to bump, like when an ambulance comes up from behind when you have the stereo on (not loud ) you cant hear it till its almost upon you.

First Cab off the Rank, other than the fact that the name of the video states “ Hummer “, everybody assumes it’s a US army hummer.

    Other countries have these vehicles.

Next, the video is shot through the front windscreen, at no time do we get any idea of what type of vehicle it is, not the make of vehicle, hummer or other wise, but far more importantly, whether it’s a US army vehicle, an Iraqi police vehicle or it could very well be an emergency vehicle and as Shorty pointed out above, this would be done here and again if you look how vehicles, coming the other way, do everything they can to get out of the vehicle’s way, it probably is some form of emergency vehicle.

And last but not least, I am so jack of ******* sticking knives into the yank.

When the japs tried to invade us, Churchill said we were expendable but the yanks can to our aid.

Just 300kms off our northern shore is the worlds largest Muslim nation and they hate us. The only thing that is keeping them from doing something to us is the fact that we are friends of the yanks.

Get a brain, if Bush dropped dead tomorrow I wouldn’t give a damn, but taking cheap shots at servicemen, of any nationality, going about they duties, is p1ssweak and singling out the yanks as if they were the only ones on earth to screw up is just pure naivety.
