forest way, mona vale rd, lane cove rd, turn to M2. stay on this road as it becomes the M7 and follow it to the spaghetti western (lighthorse interchange) then get onto the M4 to penrith. turn nth (towards he sun) onto mulgoa rd and follow it to the first turn right after you go under the railway bridge and you'll see a fire engine on a pole.this is the museum of fire.

If you are coming to my place, don't turn at Mulgoa Rd, take the next exit at Russell St, Emu Plains.

i was looking forward to a drive and campout, but than again i'm doing around 2500km on the black stuff just getting there and back

happy to do either, if we are not camping in the weeds somewhere to roll the swag out in the west would be good, save me a return trip to frenches forest

somebody did mention a bush camping area not far from prenrith, might look at that as well for the night

let us know either way, i will pack for anything and everything, happy to tag along where ever

Please Post photos for the interstaters

    G'day,
Having just returned from Sydney to Townsville, I'm disappointed to miss this fantastic event. Please some one post photos, so those of us unable to attend can be even more jealous.

Well I guess if no one is keen to go for a drive, we should just help out the LROC with the set up.

Why dont we go for a drive near Penrith somewhere on the Saturday morning and help out in the afternoon or something?

If we aren't going to the Wattagans, I might just camp in the Blue mountains or something anyway, somewhere close to Penrith.

Is anyone still keen to camp out on Saturday night, after helping with the set up, and having a few ales around the old bush telly?
    Cheers

    That sounds like a plan

Yep happy to lend a hand and help the sydney club out

Still keen to go for a bit of a drive, happy to camp and have a few ale's

I was going to post asking the same questions....so do I leave the camping gear in?? Look like I will

What time and place sat morning,

hey ron if the drive is no longer a tough one I might leave the tyres on the roof, will still catch up some time over the weekend
