Sounds like the LT95 four speed, vacuum operated diff lock knob in the centre of the seat box facing forward - but this was, I thought, replaced by a five speed about the end of 1986, although it is possible it was replaced as the LT95 stands up to the Isuzu better.

It should have an lt85 and lt230 ? May have had a retro isuzu conversion using isuzu box ?

If it is an LT-85 Santana box(5spd) it will have an LT-230 Transfer case, the gearbox No on the LT-85 is on the R/H Vertical Mating Face at the Bellhousing G/box join

If 4speed it will be a LT-95 unit
