Oh and one other thing. The neighbour is a bully. Bullies only work when they think they have the power - so reverse the situation. Make sure your sis is empowered.

As they can see into her space, write a DA to council to triple the height of the fence, with barbed wire above to keep in her soon to be acquired rottweilers

I'm sure someone could organise a few serious snakes to patrol the near neighbourhood........brown ones

    Every day dobbo!

practicing for the next Australian Idol !!!

as in some Cheech and Chong movie (Up in Smoke?) where Tommy warms up the neighbourhood with his megawatt heavy metal guitar practice!

I love the JBL speakers boxes, the size of a decent fridge!!!!

    Got it, Vlad!

A very large subsonic whoofer attached to a kilowatt amp, pumping out long wave pulses around 5 to 20 hz which replicates the (sub) sounds of earthquakes and makes those in the firing line very queasy, but they dont know why. They'll be gone real quick!

If that doesnt work then take another handy neighbour relations hint from the same movie and line up the harleys exhaust with their bbq area and go for it.

Mate heres one for you and Deb does it to the young ones behind us and it really ****es them off, get 1 or 2 laser pens and set them up to shine into there windows, even if they close the curtains it shines a nice annoying red dot or 2, when we do it to the ones behind us they turn the stereo down and go quiet real quick so it may push them into the fence they promised. I would tape them up somewhere , aim them then turn em on and leave them till the batteries go flat then replace em and start again.

Could work and may not and wont cost much, i got a very powerfull one off ebay for $5 posted
