    Billy died of a massive heat attack last night, no need to lock up your daughters anymore, a blues and rock legend

    boy oh boy he made the old festival hall resonate, not to mention caboolture rsl a few years ago, a truly marvelous entertainer....

    he was the loudest aussie act i ever heard that did it without massive distortion

    If you want to get pedantic, he was born a Pom became a child entertainer in QLD and was made a rock star when he formed the Aztec's in Sydney's Kings Cross then bacame a legend with the Sunbury aztecs

    That would be the Sunbury Aztecs Dobbo. I couldn't believe it , he was my rock hero, and a genuinely good bloke. Who could forget the performance in 1972 at Sunbury. I still get a kick out of playing that double album.

    Yeah thats what I meant

    For me a few drinks around a campfire isn't complete without Billy screaming from the CD player, I would have loved to have seen him in the height of his career.
