I dont know if the pod is available in AUS but I got a price $300-$350 to get one from England about 5 years ago. As for how legal they are I would say they are not, but lights on roof racks and on the top rails of bull bars are not legal either but evryone has them.
Its illegal all the time and it just atracts the constabulary to your pride and joy putting crap like that on your car.
I do wonder some times how people (like Simon Christy 4wd tv) get away with the bull lights on top of their bull bar.
RW laws clearly state that auxillary lights must not be more than 1 meter off the ground and not above bonnet level.
Im not sure if they just play dumb or just ignor this law but it is there for a reason, it makes it difficult to see things in front of you and unless your into reversing every where then that could be a problem and also if you hit some one there is nothing to say that it wont do more damage than the car has been tested for.
and its so ugly so please dont do it.
So your gonna fit some to the 90?
You like the colour yellow....as in a canary.
It's pretty easy for them to do you for doing 65 in a 60 and you cant play dumb with a speed camera.
The question is why do you need crap like that, you would do much better spending money on HID's and good headlight globes which are also illegal but does not attract attention as does speeding when no one else is around.
this would be a really bad look for the disco
they really dont not look good on disco's and to be honest when they first came out many many moons ago in the uk and i saw them on a 90 colour coded i thought they looked pretty cool
but i have since grown up and even the 90's look pant's
but hey what ever floats your boat;)
