not sure whether things have changed but on uk ebay the buyer had up to something like 28 days to pay for item, thats why people allways specifie that the buyer is to make contact with in so many days of the auction and few put that if the item is not payed by then the item will be relisted and negative feed back given.........


i always give a week and allways give an email saying that if they do not respond to your email with in a given time that they then leave you no choice but to contact ebay and report a non paying bidder........

ebay will be fine about this if they have not made contact, and ebay i think will then try and make contact themselves.....to try and resolve the issue if it has happened before and ebay have ben involved before ten the likely hood is they may have there account suspended as they usually pretty tuff with people messing with the system

I have had this happen to me, some people bid and then realise its in another state, no matter how big you make the writing people dont read it all before bidding, natural selection will take care of them eventually.

But all you can do i wait as long as you feel fit and then register non payment with ebay. I did this and then 2 weeks later the buyer emailed me asking if the item was still available, this was over a month by then. I had a buyer buy and item months back, well into last year, paid on the spot with paypal, we then realised there was a stuff up with the shirts we listed so i emailed him alternative designs in the size he requested, we got an email back saying just send me a Large (which we didnt have, he requested a medium, i told him this in the email) we had an email another month after this asking what had happened to his shirt and we havent heard from him since, i dont care we have his money, if he doesnt want to check emails tough titties.
