I think the van they are looking at is about 200kg tow ball weight, so under the 250kg, but put a few gas tanks on the draw bar, load the whole thing up.....may be getting close to the 250kg? They dont sound keen on Diesel, despite the obvious benefits, and a Defender would definately be out of the question. The disco may be an option though. Will get them to have a look at some.

Where did you find the max towball weight for the LC? It's not on the 100 series specs page.
