You talk about blokes takng stuff out of trailers, at the Lismore tip, you get descended upon as soon as you pull up. but they are the blokes who get stuff from the face and take it to the recycle centre, its a bit off putting. But if you have a heap of stuff, that can be reused, you just take it to the recycle centre and they don't charge you for it.
Because this is an area of diverse cultural groups and a lot of tree huggers and alternate lifestylers, it does a roaring trade, in stuff I would class as crap.

i am not sure if the lithgow tip has one or not i go to a tip up the road which is just a trench, there are three other tips for the smaller towns out of lithgow which are to small to warrant a recycling centre.

Had a look at that barby , it was still there, a downunder brand, three legs, round top, single burner , it didn't have a hole in the middle had a squarish groove on the side leading to a hole.

Ran into one of them in townsville, infact I hadnt even gotten into the park bay before he had started undoing my tarp for me I hadnt seen him, started to reverse and nearly ran him down... swear words ensued.....

After suitable intimidations and finally parking getting my tarp off he came over and asked if he could have the foldy chairs I was throwing out. "sure you get em theyre yours. I then frisbeed them (didnt think I could) into the near by cess pool of mucky water at the bottom of the pile.

is there anything else you desire, or have the rest of the crew shamed you into looking at alternate means for your project, ie buy the bits.
