Has anyone seen a landrover like this?
Could it have been made at the factory or converted by someone?

It has 2 doors on the passenger side and only 1 on the drivers side. I think it is a series 3.

yep think you're spot on the money with that one Defender=1st.... looks like a SWB roof on a 109

It is a Series 3 that has been converted to a double cab, looks like by cutting and splicing the cab roof and sides. If it has an extra door in the passenger side, it is probably using a station wagon door and presumably B pillar, although the whole lot may be fabricated by butchering a standard door. This style was never made by Landrover, closest has been the 110 double cab, first produced as a batch of specials for the Australian Bicentennial Authority.

i think there is 1 as you leave wodonga on the HWY.
A mate years ago had a 'third door' landy a series 3 that had a drop down tail gate that had a station wagon rear side door on the passenger side apparantly it was a Australia Post special order because it was easier to load mail through the side door than what it was to through the back! wish I knew where it was now!
