How do you put photos on this forum?

Pardon my ignorance but I have tried a number of times to put a photo on to a thread or post and it either drops out of AULRO or won't come up on the thread.

I am sure one or more of you will give me the no frills method to quickly do this simple task.

Check at the top of the general topics page. There should be a "sticky" thread about posting pics.

here you go if you haven't found it, its the one numptys missus put up, go to photobucket.com get yourself a name, post photos to photobucket first, leave it ope in another window,
when you are on here, and you want to insert, go back to photo bucket, just click on the IMG bit on the bottom of each photo,
come back to the thread, right click ,paste,
a set of numbers and words appear, the photo gets pasted when you submit.

but loading them into the gallery welllllllll thats another story
