    Dwellingup Woodfest May 12th and13th 2007

    Gday All ,
Myself and Kirstie ,Studio 54 and I assume his better half, and whoever else wants to tag along is more than welcome to head to Dwellingup on the 12th of May for an overnighter as we will be gathering wood to keep Mr 54 warm during the cooler months so come one come all if you can as it would be great to meet more of the Clan that is AULRO
We will be meeting at the Del Park Rd turn off at 10am and will proceed from there out to Dwellingup look forward to hearing from those that need to get away from the concrete jungle for a couple of days
    Cheers Ken

Would be great to come along and say hello to everyone, but how do these things work? I'm nowhere near done on the Defender's prep, and it hasn't had a decent outing since I bought it, so woudl hate to break down on my first trip!

Would this be a gentle drive, or something a little more serious?

The roads in and out of the Nanga Mill campsite are gravel but graded well and are designed with cars in mind.

From there we intend to go for a little drive but nothing major as I will be towing a trailer. You can take the Defender and see how she goes or jump in with someone else.

Its won't be an all out "make it or break it trip", more social than i guess you could say.

Sounds perfect then. Though I'd probably have to use the D3 if I wanted to persuade the wife to come along.

It is possible I could be in the Dwellingup area on the weekend.

Any idea whereabouts you guys are camping or what UHF channel you will be on. I might be close enough to rock up and say hello.
