Yes, but for me, that is a good indication that you should let the call go to the machine and then pick-up if it's someone you want to talk to. I never answer calls with no CLI.

Friend in the states as an automated screening system. If he hasn't put your number in then you can only leave a message (That is the phone doesn't ring).
