I have fitted vents like these but a bit larger on my mates Western Star. From memory they are fairly cheap from truck spare shops and plenty easy to fit.
The D2 is MickG's. I think in that shot he is running 32 BFG Muddies. He is now running 33 Silverstone's. Not sure what suspension was in it in that photo as he changes it from time to timeHe has had OME, now has Kings/Billies I think and is in the process of changing it again, long travel EFS rears from memory (extended brake lines/ABS lines etc etc).

Be a bit carefull with stainles vents, they can get very hot and anyone that brushes them may get burnt.
I looked into them when I had my Rangie, but bought the Fender before I got around to it. I had decided to go for high quality carbon fibre vents or fiberglass that disipate heat better. There are heaps around Sydney Special Vehicles normally have a good range and cheap. XR6 vents look like the go with a Nissan Patrol or similar bonnet scoop.
