What is the definition of okay?

Does that mean you are average?
    Are you just coping?
    Is there room for improvement?
Are you "okay" for your standards?
    What standards are you using?
    What is the benchmark?
Is the definition of "okay" not being dead?

    Shall I keep going?
    Perhaps not!

You're not moving the in the right circles, NM. He was originally from Toowoomba, as was his nephew, who was at Uni with me. Haven't seen Dr Von Nida for some years now. Which is strange, because at one time he won my eldest child in a bet. And there are days when he'd be welcome to collect (and many more when it would be over my dead body!)

I know who he is. Numpty was a big fan.
I went to Salisbury State High School at the same time as Billy (I think he lived at Moorooka - I lived out in the sticks at Calamvale). I still remember the his name coming up in chemistry class the day we discussed calomine lotion (ref the song Poison Ivy) - that must have been in 1964 just after he had the hit with it (I was in 6th year of high school in 1964).

However, I can't claim to have known him but I always liked his music.

Old, Jack Findlay passed away last weekend. Former GP Motorcycle champion, first man to win a Grand Prix on a Japanese 2 stroke. Was fortunate enough to have raced against him in the early 1980's.
Have some photo's some where, of the grey headed old bugger passing me, leg flapping in the wind behind the bike, all crossed up on a corner. He was only about my current age then.

    Shorty.

It is just possible he retired before you were born!
