    Had a bit of a P38Arover morning today with literally nothing going right. Went to put a towel rack up in the bathroom, drilled holes levelled it all up up to the fitment stage of place all the plugs in the holes ready for the screws. One was a tad tight so I tapped it with the hammer slightly to get it in place. As I did the other seven plugs fell into the caverty. Talk about comical. Anyway down to Bunnings to get some more and saw the blood bus out the front. I thought Karma would maybe give me some luck so I stroll over to donate, spent 5 minutes filling out forms, wait for half an hour to be told they don't want my blood due to the fact I am born a pom and might have a bit of the old Mad Cow in me (yes I admit it could explain a lot). Then on the way home I get stuck in traffic, so what you might think. The thing is traffic where I live is having to sit behind two cars at the traffic lights. Now I have descovered a slow leak in my tyre.

    you think thats bad, budget meeting today, did the usual, graphs, pie charts etc. to make me look good, and the bastards approved the lot, now I have 2 years work to do in 12 months, no more coming home to watch the miday movie.

    Well, things went well for me today.

    I checked JetStar's website. Confirmed the flight my wife and daughter were on was on time. Yep, due to land at 1010. At 0910, I got the car out to drive into the airport.

    At 0911, my wife rang to say, they'd landed....

    Ahh, doncha love accurate information from airlines?

    Never mind, by the time I got to the terminal at 1030, my wife and daughter were just coming out having cleared customs and quarantine.
