    Just a query has any checked if it did get reopened as advertised?

    this is an extract from the qpws website

    Day use area closure

    Due to high winds and fallen trees, The Gantry day use area will be closed until 21/06/07 and camping at Archer and Neurum Creek is not recommended. For further information call 1300 723 684.

    I will be leading a trip for the Gold Coast 4wd club to Mt. Mee on this day.
    So I may see you at the picnic area or out on the tracks.
    I did a recce there last weekend and the tracks are good.
