    just got home from having a stickybeak, it looks like it has moved a little, and its partialy floating, they still had 4 tugs attached when i left about 9:20

    Yes they have snapped a tow cable!, we gust got a request at work to charter another 800Kg Reel off synthetic cable down there HA HA, Fat chance getting that in one of our aircraft, we bumped it off to another company who runs a Beech 18 out of Redcliffe, they should have it down ther in an hour or two (before high tide) P.S. i did offer to the guy that called up that i would Snatch it out with the landy some people have no sense of humor, I guess he wasn't a Landy driver then

    The radio news is reporting three snapped cables.

    Serious Land Roverites should get down to the Pasha and 'acquire' the broken cables,
    might need a bigger winch tho', if you get my drift....

    I like the Radar going.... Tad optimistic at this point in time..... Might be difficult to get out of the way even if the do see someone about to run in to them!

    I thought the idea of a radar was so you could see other things and not run into them.

    Its obviously not working - they couldn't see the mainland
