    Brisbane crew at Mt.Mee

We had a wonderful day today at Mt.Mee, besides the breeze being a tad fresh.
Was good to be able to put faces to names ( all though I will forget, bloody hopeless I am.....lol.)
Some nicve vehicles & some wonderful people.

Will be getting the map soon so we can go play on the BIG hills!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for a great day all. Espically enjoyed the ride on the way home. Colin and I had to pray that the leading vehicles didn't decide to stop 1/2 way up a hill.

Col's 1.8L of power didn't really like getting going from a standing start on a hill. Once Col got the revs up the little Freelander shot up the hills. I was pretty impressed with its ability even if we did have to get Paul and Co to reverse down 2 hills so we could take a second attempt. You've got to admit that it sounded pretty cool coming up that second hill at full revs.

Have to say that last hill climb was damn cool, sounded like a Subaru Rally car, even got some great air on some of the bumps, who ever said freebies couldn't go off road!

    G'day Folks

T'was a little cool up on the hill, with a lazy breeze (taht went straight through you) but it was good to put Faces to names and to meet up with old friends ( I havn't seen Harry since the Dinner at Kedron-Wavell when JoJo was out here) and to meet Scrambler, Paulthepilot, Dane, and Twitchy and family, also newmembers Keith & Jo H with their 85 110 on gas, Killer with his nice S3 Game, Sorry that I didn't get to meet all of you, but I was a little delayed, seems that the 2a cooked it's self, when the core plug at the rear of the head let go, so It was the Crummie-dore to the rescue

    cheers
