I'm not too sure of any independent places but Wodonga has a Land Rover dealership (at least I think it does)

i believe blacklock ford in wodonga are the local l/rover dealers, but have never taken my vehicle there. brooks motors in albury have worked on l/rover for years apparently. used to go there, but now service myself.

Try Ivan Clarke of Clarke Motors - and he is just down the road from Blacklocks - in fact when the Dealer really stuffs up - off it goes to ivan to fix

Ivan is an enthusiast, loves working on LR's - and loves a yarn.

They've got rid of some dealers with good names and well thought of by the locals. Modern Motors in Dungog comes to mind..

That Ivan bloke has a good name through out the NE, people from mansfield have recomended him to me from time to time.

I wouldn't go to Blacklocks. Maybe they are better now but they had no idea about Landrovers when I was trying to order parts from them. Now that they have had the dealership a bit longer they may be better. We have had a TDI serviced at Brookes and have been happy with the service. I mostly do it all myself now and rely on a dealer for the harder stuff or for jobs that I don't wish to do.
