Tell me about it. Who programmed that thing? Having to refresh the identical graphics every time you move around!!!! What a PITA!!

My brother does this stuff for a living, I'm almost inclined to show him the site as an example for him to use of how NOT to impress website users. It looks nice on paper, but the navigation is the pits!
