    When plans go astray

Well I had my sunday all planed out.
1 Wash BlackBetty, already sprayed her with truckwash saturday arvo.
2 Clean the shed up enough to paint Debs rear bar/wheel carrier.
3 Finish 1 last weld on the bar, tidy and paint.
4 Light up the big outside fire drun then prune the orchard and burn the prunings.
Got as far as step 3.
Whilst doing step 2,got a bang on the shed door, can you do a load of wood today?Yep but not till the end of the day,Debs using the trailer to do a couple of mowing jobs.
About to do step 3,another bang on the shed door, any chance of a load of wood, good customer,YEP soon as I paint this will come and grab your ute.
Step 4 cancelled start choping the stockpile.
Next door neighbor calls in,mate, got enough there for me.YEP,but not till the end of the day.
Dicide, chop the lot, over 3 tonnes sitting there, nearly 3 hours on the block splitter(taking it easy).Split the last ring as Deb returns with the trailer,WHY HAVE YOU CHOPPED THAT BLODDY BIG PILE OF WOOD,BORED WERE WE?????
NO I WAS WAITING FOR MY TRAILER BACK!!!!
Dropped the first load off, such a body also wants a load asap.Ended up with 1 load left already chopped ready for after work tommorow.
Off to work tommorow for a rest.

Bit far for me - I'll have to cut my own - very heavyfrost this morning, and forecast of a very cold change on Wednesday. Snow forecast down to 500m - and I am at 360m! Need to have lots of firewood by then!
