Smile Whats a crappy series 3 worth

I have my eye on this junky old series 3, while its been parked for tenyears and is slowly being reclaimed by mother nature it has some parts that when I looked at it very nearly blew my skirt rght up, it has the brush bar on front, oddly the interior is near mint, just the outside is crapped out, faded hand painted body work and generally looks pretty dead, the old girl who has it onher property said the owner wanted 4 and a half, I said 4 dollars 50 cents or 450 dollars, she said no four and a half grand, I nearly burst out laughing thinking this is the funniest one I have heard in a long while, the owner in a nursing home and wont come out, doesnt this really give u the woolys, why let it sit there and rust away when I could drag it home and strip it for parts and get some use out of it, some people really are beyond me

If it's not running and not road worthy maybe $450.00 Think about what it would cost to get it on the road and then show her what you could buy for that price.

You would've been right at $4.50

    Less recovery costs

well the clutch will be dry, the brakes will be same, engine possibly siezed, lights need replacing, its shabby so a coat of jam, i can see 2 grand to get it just going on road without any major work, so I will offer 5bux

ok, outside its crappy but its got the sahara roof and sunvisor, the interior is best described as new, its perfect orig mats and all, has the scrub bar, bonnet was padlocked but appears to be a 6 cylinder its and early 3 straight after the 2a i think its got the 2a style metal grille so maybe its worth at least 6bux
