That's what I rely on

And it actually works.
Just drink before going to bed, wrap yourself up in the blankets and no matter how hot or sweaty you get during the night don't take the blankets off. Next morning you will be a couple of kilo's lighter and you'll fell a lot better, repeat as required.

have a hot toddie....

boil kettle. Into one cup add 1 teasp of coffee, one teasp of honey aand a GENEROUS serve of whisky (from my home land, no less...and it is the only REAL whisky heheheh)

top it all up with the BOILING water....

have this and then to bed with a hotwater bottle 10 mins later.

You'll sweat and shiver but will waken up feeling much better the next morn.
