anyone know what price I would be looking at for a new transfer case?
I have a 2002 Disco series2 TD5, and it doesn't have the CDL actuator.
Any ideas?

Do a search on the forum about CDL's. Heaps of info, you don't need to change the transfer case, just the front output housing. Relatively easy to do. Prices for front output housings can vary between $150 for one off a D1 up to about $600 for one off a cdl enabled D2.
Took my Disco up to Woods Point last weekend for a shakedown after installing my CDL, was a differant vehicle
Well worth doing.
