Hi All,
Mate of mine took some footage last summer on our Beachport trip. Here are some links I've just uploaded. Please, have a look
1. Cruiser trying to drive up sand hill, finally had to find bypass track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03qOI1PKxZ0
2. Twin locked supercharged short base Patrol makes its way up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAIOztQReuI
3. Same hill, Defender TD5 up on hill http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqsdo4YkG2k
Cheers,
Ruslan

That was seriously steep. Did the TD5 get up there eventually?
Does your LR have lockers or anything special on it?
Great vids mate
Yes, it did after 5 attempts, 8 psi, and finding right gear to do it. I didn't want to drive trough the bush how cruiser did, so it was only one way to get back on track.
All standart, no lockers only Mike's fuel map in ECU
If you want we can organise similar trip a-la advanced sand driving. I have to ask first, but I think my mates wil be happy to take a group of 3-5 cars there.
And bad news: Millicent hill fenced now...![]()
2 more guys
1. Land Rover Defender equiped with traction control goes on sand very well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWFJXSPkFds
2. Patrol and jeep playing in "sand plate": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8RUl_oBXZ4
Sorry guys, probably i've done something wrong...
Here is fixed link Offroad 4WD Sand driving p.1 - Cruiser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03qOI1PKxZ0
